This website

These pages are provided for information. They describe what the send.legal product does and are not an offer, a warranty, or a professional service.

Nothing here is legal advice. send.legal is not a law firm, does not practise law, and does not tell you whether a mailing satisfies a legal requirement. Whether a particular mailing constitutes valid notice or service depends on the applicable court rules, the statute, the jurisdiction, the type of proceeding, the recipient and the required method — none of which this product evaluates. That determination is your firm's, and it is your firm's professional responsibility.

Descriptions of prices, mail classes, transit times and provider behaviour are accurate to the best of our knowledge and can change, particularly when the Postal Service changes its rates or products. The price that governs a specific mailing is the one shown before that mailing is sent.

The product

Use of the send.legal application is governed by the written agreement between send.legal and the firm, not by this page. If you have not signed one, ask us for it before relying on anything here commercially.
